The reason for the 2 stars is based on the extra warranty that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover re that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover replacement costs based on grime. I purchased the most expensive and expansive warranty coverage and the sales person said at one time another client had some kid bleed all over the back seat and it was covered. But a seatbelt with grime isn’t? Seems like a possible waste of money. It’s disappointing. More
