Although they said they replaced the left shock absorber on my last visit there is still an infrequent tapping sound on the left. When they replaced the right shock absorber before that tapping sound ended on my last visit there is still an infrequent tapping sound on the left. When they replaced the right shock absorber before that tapping sound ended. Now I have to come into the dealership again. More

👍 The service department is like being between a rock and a hard place. The Rock is the customer who is supposed to always be right. Unfortunately, the service department has to play within the rules tha and a hard place. The Rock is the customer who is supposed to always be right. Unfortunately, the service department has to play within the rules that the manufacturer sets. This makes it very challenging at times in the perception of the customer to be taken care of them. I appreciate their position and Kia of Everett does a great job of taking care of their customers within the confines of the rules. Just remember we are all human and we’re all just trying to do the best we can. Two thumbs up! 👍👍 More

Excellent and prompt service. Of course I was the first car in the door that day. They did a software update to my vehicle. They also said they would wash the car.
