as i read through your concern I fully understand why you are so upset, we have the same goal with every customer in every department and in this case we missed in a big way. we are hoping to sit down and figure out how we fix this issue in a way that would build some confidence in our service department and in the entire operation at Kia of Everett. i know that the service Manager and i would like very much to meet with you to figure out a solution. looking forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting sometime very soon.
