My torque converter is going out but dealership won’t fix it under my warranty because they are not “sure”. I am a grandma who drives my 3 year grandchild around but they say it has to break down before the it under my warranty because they are not “sure”. Honestly, acceptable service - done on time, and to my satisfaction. But the review process and how pushy the employees are about filling out a perfect review makes me want to give lower ratings then you deserve. More

After buying GMCs and Hyundais, this KIA service department is the best I have ever experienced. The personnel and timeliness of getting the job completed are amazing.
