Our first interaction was with the service receptionist, and although I tried to explain the vehicle problem she kept arguing with me instead of listening... I had to talk to the manager. After almost 3 wee and although I tried to explain the vehicle problem she kept arguing with me instead of listening... I had to talk to the manager. After almost 3 weeks the they were still unable to replicate my battery dying issue and I came to get my car back.. service manager was very nice but had the receptionist listened in the first place they may have been able to find out what was drawing the battery down before they disconnected the battery. Over all I’m not pleased with this visit.. and since the root cause of the battery dying was never found I expect to have problems with my vehicle in the future... not worth the $282 I paid... More
So when washing a car it would be beneficial to vacuum as well. One without the other is pointless , other service centers have done both.
