My car has a problem caused by the dealership when they made a factory update and they have not fixed it in 3 months. It has gotten steadily worse and now doesn't run at all. Service was done after having slipped on ice. Main problems were fixed and Don found more issues caused by the accident during the repairs that still needed to be covered under the same claim.
