Pleasantly surprised The engine light was flickering which apparently, can be indicative of a costly issue. I got a call from the service dept reporting it was a $50 fix. Fast, friendly service at a competitive price. I have had occasion to visit Kia of Lansing's Service Department twice recently. The first time, I had driven over a screw and damaged a tire beyond I have had occasion to visit Kia of Lansing's Service Department twice recently. The first time, I had driven over a screw and damaged a tire beyond repair. I arrived at the shop and the service writer, Steve, was able to replace my tire at no cost (as it was under warranty). This was on a Saturday! I made an appointment the next time I saw them for a minor repair to my defroster. I also had an oil change and was back on the road in about an hour. Oh yeah, they are also pet-friendly! They treated me and my dog very well. More
