Disappointed I had a scheduled oil change at 3:30 09/27 I arrived at 3:20 with my daughter. I specifically explained the fact that my low tire pressure light was o I had a scheduled oil change at 3:30 09/27 I arrived at 3:20 with my daughter. I specifically explained the fact that my low tire pressure light was on so I wanted to be sure that they checked my tires and put air in the low ones. I also made sure to stipulate that I needed a full synthetic oil used. I was reassured that the tires wold be checked as it is part of the oil change process. My daughter and I waited in the waiting room. At 3:50 I received a call from your department stating that I needed front brakes, and another issue that needed to be addressed. I declined those repairs and was then told that they were finishing up and I would be able to check out in 5-10 minutes. At 4:25 and still no word I went out into the service area and was told that my car was just brought out front and that “he” would be bringing my keys to me. So when 5:00 came and still no keys, car or word on when I would be checking out I went out into the service area yet again and was met by the same person who’d told me that my car was ready 35 minutes ago. He reassured me that he would see what was up. I was asked again what kind of car I brought in, what my name was. I told them Carpenter. I was then asked “are you sure? Could it be Hudson?” I was not feeling very confident in any part of this process by now. So at 5:20 when I am finally handed my car keys and was told that I wasn’t going to be charged I just took my keys and fled. It wasn’t until after I had arrived back at my daughters and saw that the low tire pressure light was still on that I realized I was not given any type of receipt or proof of service and the info I needed to explain to my husband what repairs were recommended. I then called right back in and was reassured that the indicator light will probably reset after a few more miles. I then drove (40 miles/ 57 minutes in the dark, after midnight, on the expressways, in the rain ) home. My low tire pressure light was still on and I found that my passenger front tire was at 25 lbs psi and my passenger back tire was 20 lbs psi. So needless to say I have legit concerns that other parts of my service might have been skipped or overlooked! I called back in to the service department Saturday morning to request a copy of the service receipt be emailed to me so I could see what was done and what was recommended to be done. I received info via email as requested but this paperwork isn’t addressed to me. It has the name Kendra Hudson on it. So, how am I suppose to feel at this point? While I appreciate the fact that I wasn’t charged for the service I considered it adequate compensation for the 2 hour wait and lack of communication on Kias part. I was all in for a great review but, I don’t think that the fact that I drove over an hour in bad weather on the expressway on 2tires that were between 20-25 lbs psi and had to service my tires myself and the fact that the paperwork may or may not be mine or in reference to my car, a free oil change does not compensate. I am very disappointed. I am left to wonder if Kendra Hudson has my actual paperwork? More

When I showed up 45 mins later it seemed they were too busy and no loaner was available. I chose to leave my vehicle, rent a car and go home to sleep because I work nights. . I asked for call after 4pm. They ended up calling my husband-no idea how they got his number- he called me thinking something was wrong... kind of a cluster all around. I’m still not sure if my windshield, that they pointed out had a chip, was fixed while I was there. More
Dropped off my Niro for oil change and shuttled to work. (Thanks again for the shuttle, Jim, and for your help getting it in and out, Matthew.) And, as far as I know, the cost for the synthetic oil change was reasonable-- and they applied like amount discount of their/a KIA (regular oil change) coupon I supplied. Everyone at KIA Lansing that I have dealt with has been very attentive and courteous. More

Oil change express service is ok. It takes a little longer for your car to get done and Kia went up on their prices for oil changes. But Kia employee are super n express service is ok. Then, when I ask you to double check if the repair was done, return to tell me it was not done and it will "only" cost $380. More
