Nightmare This whole experience has been a nightmare the engine on my car blew up with a known problem. Why was the car not recalled is still a mystery to us, s This whole experience has been a nightmare the engine on my car blew up with a known problem. Why was the car not recalled is still a mystery to us, since we were never given at straight answer. Kia had my car a total of 7 weeks. After 4 wks and them replacing the engine, we picked up the car and after driving the car about 2 blocks we knew there was something wrong because of the noise the engine was making. We took the car back 2 days later and the service manager opens the hood and says what wrong with it. I mean seriously you can't here that noise. We figured they gave it back to us knowing it was not right but if the customer doesn't notice no problem. Well after 2 more wks we get the gave back and the and the told us they had to replace some of the valves. Now I have my fingers crossed that it is fixed right and they didn't miss something else. I would never recommend this service department. More

Superb Service! I was having some technical issues with my 2015 Soul. I really feel that my Service Advisor, Kane Slaght/490, went out of his way to resolve the vehic I was having some technical issues with my 2015 Soul. I really feel that my Service Advisor, Kane Slaght/490, went out of his way to resolve the vehicles issues. Which should not be surprising, because I have always had outstanding Service & Repairs for both of our 2015 Soul and Forte from Kane above and Stephen Knight/493. I don't meet the mechanics who repair our vehicles, otherwise I would name them too. Everyone at this Dealership are really friendly, so coming here is almost like coming home. More

Oil change I was satisfied with the oi change but the Service guy told me they would wash my car. Fast friendly service Everything went well as far as the oil change itself, however I was a little disappointed after being told the shuttle was going to take me to where I Everything went well as far as the oil change itself, however I was a little disappointed after being told the shuttle was going to take me to where I needed to be and ended up having to call an uber after waiting ten minutes. I waited by the shuttle for five and in the service waiting area for five. When my car was done I received a voicemail stating that, and also that the "shuttle driver has been looking everywhere" for me. I had a hard time believing that. Seemed like he was trying to cover up that they forgot about me. Cost me about $15 extra. More

Long wait I went in for an oil change at 10am and it took them 2 hours. Than they tried to overcharge me but that was fixed. The guy that was helping me waited I went in for an oil change at 10am and it took them 2 hours. Than they tried to overcharge me but that was fixed. The guy that was helping me waited until I was paying to tell me that I needed a new air filter and asked if I wanted them to replace it. I told him no. And when I got in my car i found something on the floor that they unhooked. So now I'm afraid to go get it changed because he said that he had to go through my dash and I dint wanna spend hours waiting again. More
