Awesome service and excellent service repair Kane Slaght has always been good to me and my family. We have had two sorentos and now my wife drives a 2015 Sedona SX. We were having an issue with the power door and had it in a couple times. Kane made sure the problem was taken care of and they even removed all the car seats and vacuumed the whole van. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango and brought it to Kia of Lansing Service Department to have the brakes done and a sway bar link replaced. My best advice is to ask for Kane Slaght, he will take care of you and even get you a ride wherever you need to go. Solid work Kia of Lansing Service Department. More

Time Consuming But Worth It. I went in for an oil change knowing that my tires would also be needing a change soon as well. The service representative confirmed my thought that th I went in for an oil change knowing that my tires would also be needing a change soon as well. The service representative confirmed my thought that they needed to be replaced that day. Thankfully I didn't have anything else going on that day because the tire replacement and balancing took and hour and a half longer than the estimate. Overall I was there for almost 4 hours. To make up for this though they too 15% off my bill which ostensibly made the balancing free. Overall very happy with my experience and will absolutely be having any future work done there. More
