Incorrect information more than once i Was told that I needed to come back 2 different times for things that weren’t true. Inconvenient and the employee should have knowledge of this. Als i Was told that I needed to come back 2 different times for things that weren’t true. Inconvenient and the employee should have knowledge of this. Also, asked to fix something and didn’t do it. Said they never wrote it down and that I had to come back. Also told me I might have electrical problems when asked to fix my headlight. When I looked under the hood there Was no bulb, was broke and pieces in my engine and unplugged with a wire hanging. Now I have to go back again. Lastly, I went into sales to see if I could get a trade in and not one person approached me for 15 mins., so I left. 2 workers just sitting at their desks. More

Love everyone here! I love the staff here at Kia, They are like Family! Always a great experience. Only thing I questioned after this visit was if my oil filter was actu I love the staff here at Kia, They are like Family! Always a great experience. Only thing I questioned after this visit was if my oil filter was actually changed because I had a friend look under my hood to check out issues I need done to my car and when he pulled out the oil filter it was all dusty and didn't look new. I would never use this as a reason to not come back but I will be checking this from now on. Overall every time I go to Kia whether its the service department or sales everyone is so friendly and helpful. Its so stressful for me dealing with cars and they make it all very simple and stress free!!! More
