Not like normal I’ve been coming to Kia for quite some time now to get my oil change done. This time around it was a little different. I had come in 3 times prior to I’ve been coming to Kia for quite some time now to get my oil change done. This time around it was a little different. I had come in 3 times prior to get an oil change and every time there was some reason causing them to be 2-3 hours behind. So I made an appointment for 2 days later at 4:30pm. I got there at 4:20pm. My car should’ve gone in next, since I had an appointment. But instead I walked out of Kia at 6:20pm. 2 hours for a 40 minute job. Also I didn’t get the checklist for everything on my car; tires, brakes, filters, and so on. I always get walked out to my car after it’s done, I didn’t this time. Just wasn’t the best visit I’ve had before. Still coming back in the future but this time just was a little off More
