The wait I love everything about my car. I wish I had Chargers in the back for my phones. I guess the thing I don't like is when you set an appointment to go i I love everything about my car. I wish I had Chargers in the back for my phones. I guess the thing I don't like is when you set an appointment to go in and have an oil change somehow takes an hour and a half. I just think they have too many appointments at the same time. I know they were also looking to fix my window cuz it had a new chip. I'm not sure where it's at on the window cuz I'm still looking for it. It almost looks as if they fixed the same when they fix the last time. Anyway that's what I got to say. More
Don’t buy a Kia Every time our car has been in there Kia tries to sell us some sort of service. The issues we encountered Kia refused to stand behind those issues. Fast and friendly service! Very efficient staff. I arrived at my 530 appointment for regular maintenance. Steve was very friendly and had my car in and in less than 30 minutes. Don't go if in a hurry I was disappointed in the amount of time spent waiting for completion of service despite having the first scheduled appointment of the day. The court I was disappointed in the amount of time spent waiting for completion of service despite having the first scheduled appointment of the day. The courtesy coverage was appreciated; yet, it was an added stress in having another appointment scheduled almost 2 hours after this with the rush for attendance. If a known time delay is expected, the customer needs to be notified to adjust other scheduled plans for the day as needed. More
