Service department disappointment The usual personal, professional and attentive service that I could always depend on from employee, Jeremy, was disappointingly lacking from Steven w The usual personal, professional and attentive service that I could always depend on from employee, Jeremy, was disappointingly lacking from Steven who waited on me at my recent service appointment.. Sadly, I was informed that Jeremy no longer worked there. The quality of maintenance service I receive from a dealership figures strongly in my choice of where I purchase a vehicle. Also, the change to a black and white print out of the service report, which was eventually explained, was of poorer quality than the familiar colored scale to the left of the page. I was told that the service department no longer had a color printer. I happen to, soon, be in the market for a new vehicle, with inclination, now, to shop around. Thank You, for asking. More

Great oil change! I went in for my first oil change and it was such a quick and simple experience. Extremely cheap for such high quality oil. The waiting room was so co I went in for my first oil change and it was such a quick and simple experience. Extremely cheap for such high quality oil.
