Frustrated that I made an appointment for a recall for software upgrade for anti-theft after I received a letter from Kia and dealership made the appointment but then arrived and was told after a half an software upgrade for anti-theft after I received a letter from Kia and dealership made the appointment but then arrived and was told after a half an hour that they couldn't actually do it because they weren't prepared to do it / didn't have the right software. seems like whoever schedules the appointments should have known this wasn't something they could do when I tried to call and set this up More
