We had a rough experience with Kia of Lansing. They had our car for over 2 months, the stereo was stolen while there, we weren’t notified, until we called them to check on the car status. When we finally were able to pick up the car, the hood was dented. In the end, they gave us 10% off our bill, but the lack of communication and service was enough to ruin it for us. More

My technician was very courteous & professional, she even showed me my dirty cabin air filter & suggested changed & tires rotated without any issue. Kia Lansing has the best customer service in the industry. Keith runs a top notched service center & Jeremy is an exceptional service advisor. I wouldn’t take my Kia anywhere else! I was never given a rental car during the entire time my car was at the facility (almost 2.5 months due to the engine being replaced), my tires only had approximately 15-20lbs of air in them when I picked u car was at the facility (almost 2.5 months due to the engine being replaced), my tires only had approximately 15-20lbs of air in them when I picked up my vehicle and the bracket to the right back passenger handle was never put on, even though I had purchased it prior to my vehicle coming to the shop. I'm not sure if "detailing" or somewhat cleaning cars after being in the shop is standard protocol at this facility, but my vehicle was wasn't clean. More
