We had a rough experience with Kia of Lansing. They had our car for over 2 months, the stereo was stolen while there, we weren’t notified, until we called them to check on the car status. When we finally were able to pick up the car, the hood was dented. In the end, they gave us 10% off our bill, but the lack of communication and service was enough to ruin it for us. More

I was able to get in without an appointment & get my oil changed & tires rotated without any issue. My technician was very courteous & professional, she even showed me my dirty cabin air filter & suggested changed & tires rotated without any issue. Oil changes used to take 30 minutes. I always called ahead and made an appointment and was in and out in a timely manner.
