Working with the sales team, Winona and Tim and Cesar was an absolute pleasure. Never felt pressured, they all answered our questions, gave us detailed information about the vehicle. Nice clean dealership, connected with friendly salesman, Miguel, who spent the next 6 hours completing the deal with us for a new Sportage! Why does it take so long to buy a car? The customer lounge is ni Miguel, who spent the next 6 hours completing the deal with us for a new Sportage! Why does it take so long to buy a car? The customer lounge is nice with water, sodas, coffee and snacks....but no lunch in those 6 hours! All staff were great except the finance guy who put a $1000 contract on our account that wasn't found until the manager stepped in. We asked for another finance guy because the first was so loud, fast talking, and not understandable. The car was detailed nicely and we are happy with it so far! More
