Sat in my car for over 10 minutes in line without anybody coming to my car. Then a gentleman came, who was not supposed to be my service person. But he was very kind and helped me get my car and my informati coming to my car. Then a gentleman came, who was not supposed to be my service person. The gentleman that helped me told me it would be an hour and a half and I said no problem. I will wait. Then about an hour and a half later I received a video of them working on my car. Which is fantastic. The note said your service person will be with you momentarily. 15 minutes goes by and I decide that that's much too long so I went to find my service person. He was on the phone working on the previous person. My car was parked out alongside the building and my keys and my invoice was sitting on his desk. I stood there another 10 minutes while he finished whatever parts he was ordering for that person, which he explained all to me which I didn't need to know. Then I was finally able to sign my paperwork and leave. More
