I would have given a 5 star review except for when it came to sign on the dotted line. I thought I would have received the 10 year 10,000 mile warranty but I was told by finance that the bank made them came to sign on the dotted line. I thought I would have received the 10 year 10,000 mile warranty but I was told by finance that the bank made them give so much for our trade that we had to pay for the platinum plus warranty for a cost of $3,204. The payment I agreed to increased because of this and I don't think that was right. I appreciate them making it work under my former car payment amount but finding this out at the end of the transaction was not ok. Nigel was great and I do love my car but would caution anyone I tell about Kia of Leesburg to make sure you don't get in the same situation that we did. More

I just did in about 50 I think that the dealership was absolutely perfect. They're pretty young lady. That waited on me was as good as she could absolutely be.
