Very happy with Laurie. Finance office experience was grueling. We had been in your dealership for almost 5 hours when we got there. Finance office showed us a comprehensive sheet that explained in detail items covered under Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus. We bought the 10 year platinum plus. Now however, the only information that can and has been provided to us is in your legal terms and NOT customer friendly. I've tried to get more simplified detail, but now no one there seems to be able to provide this. I don't think this is fair. More
