Where do I start. My wife spoke to Laurie multiple times, made an appointment and then when we came in she had no idea who my wife was and pawned us off on a newbie th My wife spoke to Laurie multiple times, made an appointment and then when we came in she had no idea who my wife was and pawned us off on a newbie that didn't know a car from a scooter. The young man was disrespectful to my wife and treated her like she was stupid even went as far as to tell her she didn't know anything about selling cars when she had already told him that she sold cars for a living before he was even born. Laurie did not relay our wishes to the man that handled the paperwork when we purchased 2 2025 Kia Souls and put the names backwards on the titles. When my wife told him the titles were wrong his response was "Your married what's yours is hers and what's hers is yours so does it really matter??? Wrong answer dude. Then the following day since he had now missed my wife off to the max ,we returned and were told to make up for the comment and the misunderstanding about the paperwork we would receive 3 months free Sirius xm radio for each vehicle, only to find out after the fact that the Kia Soul is not even compatible with Sirus XM when we confronted Laurie about the issue her response was well you can download it to your phone... Not what we were promised. Don't give me a compensation for your bad service and then tell me that I need to put an app on my phone to get the service... I will never do business with them again... I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and careless service from a dealership. Salesman Miguel Ulloa and Rolando were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns, they treated me as if my time and business didn’t matter. Communication was poor, and their overall attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Luckily, I bought my new KIA in another dealership which valued my business.
