My car that is only 3 years old is getting major AC repair. They couldn’t find me a car to drive over the holiday so I call Wednesday to see if they have found a car for me to drive. The service advisor was not there today Wednesday, July 5, 2023 so the manager was supposed to call me back after I left a message and no one has called me back. I called again around 5:00 PM and there’s no one available to talk to me, but I can leave a message again. So I am without a car even though my car is under warranty still. At least they could do is give me a car to drive until my AC is fixed. More
