All were helpful and courteous, especially my sales agent , Donnie Barnes. He was patient , knowledgeable, and very helpful. He and Greg Less made my purchase seamless. I can only hope the service department is as good as my sales experience. Donnie Barnes made me feel like I am more than just another sale. More
The lot was crowded with vehicles. So crowded that it was difficult to find the customer parking that was marked only on the parking bumpers (tall signs would be helpful). Two sales people took my name, address, etc to put on a form. The salesman Miguel then asked me the same questions to type into his computer. After I told him which car I wanted, another man came in to say he could get it (in my color) from another store. So we went over what my trade-in was worth and that I would get a loan in order to get a rebate. Signed a few forms. A few days later, Miguel told me that my car was in. When could I get it? When could I get it. We made an appointment for 2 days later at 9AM. As I was driving to the dealership that morning, I get a call from Miguel asking if I could postpone until 10AM. I explained I was on my way (and I had to work in the afternoon). OK. When I arrived at Kia of Leesburg, Sebastian had me fill out more forms and mentioned that another salesman had "pre-sold" my car to another customer. But since I was here, I got it. The next stage was sitting with Greg in his office to sign the rest of the digital forms (which were given to me on a flash drive). FINALLY I was given keys and shown my car! Sebastian spent a few minutes pairing it with my phone. Then I was on my way. Two days later I got a call from the dealership asking about my 4pm appointment with Miguel that day. I told the man on the phone that I didn't remember making that appointment -- and since I had the car, I didn't know what it would be for. Was the purchase easy? Was it pleasant? Would you recommend this dealership? More
The service was great, and the repair was done correctly the first time. However, the parts took over two months to arrive. That's not on the dealership; that's on Kia. I would have given a 5-star review if the first time. However, the parts took over two months to arrive. That's not on the dealership; that's on Kia. We live over an hour away. After talking to Laurie Perkins on the phone about what we wanted in a new car we were convinced that she would do her best to meet our needs. Laurie listened to us and worked to get us what we wanted. She was knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and worked hard not only to make a sale but to make us happy with our new car. Joe Fulner supplied additional support and was instrumental in building our confidence in the dealership. Thanks! More
Bought a Telluride and happy with the car. Happy with Jose who sold us the car. But as most dealerships you have to watch for the fees. Frank Simone I felt was a smoozer who was unprofessional and not happy with my attempts to get the car lower in pricing. Of course, as a consumer we are trying to save as much as we can. Of course, as the dealership they are trying to sell the car for as much as they can. Frank was clearly not happy with this. He was condescending and let me know I was not his most difficult customer. He let me know he could handle me. Good thing I was pretty worried for a minute. He tried to blame our sales person Jose for the "incorrect information given" I let him know no incorrect info was given. Jose was only going back to him with the amount we were willing to spend. Frank let me know I knew nothing about the car sales business. I asked him did he know how many cars we had purchased in this in the last 5 decades? We knew the game. He let me know his purchases of vehicles was much more superior to ours. Way to go Frank. You rock...NOT. His attempts to intimidate me were unsuccessful. Sorry Frank boy. Try to do better next time. Spent over 50K for our car received a few free oil changes and couple of tanks of gas.... isn't that expected? Watch out for all the fees and the "extras" they try to tag on. Jose was knowledgeable and answered our questions. Jose truly rocked in his handling of customers. Frank.....well not so much. Would we recommend? No. Because of the way the 'higher ups' try to smooze us older folks - I'd rethink the business with these people. More
