The service I received was prompt and professional. The only issue I have with the dealership is that during my last oil change I was given a Castrol rebate form to submit which I did. I have since received a denial from Castrol indicating that the dealership no longer participated in the promotion. Why would I have been given a useless rebate form? More

Allen, my service adviser was very helpful. I had recalls done on my car. I came in from Tallahassee, dropped my car off on Monday, needed to return to Tallahassee on Tuesday before dark. He I had recalls done on my car. I came in from Tallahassee, dropped my car off on Monday, needed to return to Tallahassee on Tuesday before dark. He had my car finished waiting on me by 1:30 PM on Tuesday. He was very kind and understanding on Monday when I dropped my car off. He made sure that I would be able to get home by dark.
