Was looking for an EV and was looking at both the Tesla and the Kia EV6. I visited a local Kia dealer in the Orlando area, and as I alway do, went to a second dealer. We had called and set up a time to arrive and we were greeted by a young lady at the door, Sofia Moursalien, who was extremely pleasant and we sat and just talked. She was a great listener, and really took the time to understand what we wanted both in a vehicle and a purchase experience. Lucky for us there was a car that at the dealership that met almost exactly what we were looking for. After a few hours and a test drive, we were sitting down signing the paperwork. At no time did we feel pressured, and we were able to get a very fair deal on both the purchase and our trade. Upon delivery, Sofia did an amazing job going over a car that has more whistles and bells than you can imagine. Bottom line, great dealership, great svlesteam, and very transparent management team.
