We feel that Laurie Perkins went out of her way to find the exact vehicle and the exact color that we wanted. After many test drives, my wife Pat felt that the Kia Sportage suited her best from an overall the exact vehicle and the exact color that we wanted. We originally intended to purchase the vehicle, but after we went through the paperwork process, we feel that the low mileage lease probably fits our needs best. Had two batteries in eight months, but was still experiencing intermittent won’t start issues. Alyssa and her team were diligent in trying everything, testing out related components and systems; the experiencing intermittent won’t start issues. After the second visit which was a three night sleepover, the tech could not duplicate the no-start. So not sure why, but so far so good! I appreciate their extra effort in trying to figure out a difficult very intermittent symptom. If necessary I will feel confident returning for additional service. More
