I cannot say enough "nice" things about Bill Bryan Kia esp. Tim Lile. I went last fall to "see what was out there", as well as wanting to look at the new Kia Telluride. So new AND popular was only able to view it in a dealer brochure specific to this vehicle. Tim "respected" my comment that I was just looking at that time. Pan ahead to about a month ago when I started to have engine and transmission trouble with my 2011 Chrysler T+C with 124,000+ miles on it. Went down to now look to buy. Brought my Mom(93 y.o.)down the next day to ascertain whether or not she could easily climb into this SUV. She did so with no problem. We sat down to custom order a Telluride EX with 4 captain's chairs, a tow hitch, and running boards/color: Everlasting Silver. Was told it would be probably be 80-100 days to be built. Aaah, they couldn't know they would now have to deal with Covid-19. This past Monday Tom and I went to look at a Telluride EX with everything on/in it except 4 captain's chairs and running boards. Was willing to compromise on the captain's chairs and they immediately installed the running boards. A salesman named Chris helped us on Monday, as Tim was driving a car to Ocala to a man was disabled, making it easier for him to buy. Picked up the car on Tuesday/Tim gave us thorough instructions regarding the nuances of the car/hooked up UVO and blue-toothed our phones. He has made it a point to check in with me, as well as send my Mom and me a thank you note. Personable/Professional! Knowledgeable! Everyone there was all this and MORE! More

I asked tons and tons of questions, and not once did Robert Menendez ever lose his patience. He even took the time to get on FaceTime with me to show me the car in extreme detail before I ever even drove over to see it in person! Not once did he ever pressure me in any way. He took a lot of time to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase and educated me as much as possible before agreeing to the deal. As car buyers become more and more educated, sales approaches need to keep up with the informed consumer. Robert's approach is modern, friendly, and downright amazing. He's basically the future of car sales. Take all the old-school car salesman stereotypes and throw them out the window; what you're left with is a good person who's helping you get into the right car for the right reasons. Buying a car from Robert is, by far, the best car purchasing experience I've ever had in my life. I would recommend working with him in any capacity. I will happily go out of my way to buy another car from him in the future, and you should too. More

Dave quit eating his lunch and gave my hubby all the attention required. Although my husband did not purchase a car that day, he knew that when he decided to purchase, he would only want to deal with Dave since Dave was the only salesperson who gave him the time of day on that particular Wednesday. So we returned together this past week and finalized the purchase of our new 2020 Stinger with Dave. Very pleasant experience (if dropping almost $50,000 can every be considered "pleasant"... ) We would definitely recommend Dave and the Bill Bryan dealership to anyone who inquired. More
