I love Kia cars but I will always be transparent about service. I took out a 2025 Kia K4 and was informed that I have up to one year of complimentary oil change. I go for my first oil change visit and I’m service. I took out a 2025 Kia K4 and was informed that I have up to one year of complimentary oil change. I go for my first oil change visit and I’m being told only the first visit is complimentary for oil change. Which one is it? Secondly, I made an appointment for first thing in the morning 7am. It is only for an oil change. I still wind up dishing out 40 dollars. Not only do I dish out 40 dollars but it takes 2 hours to get my car back for an oil change that should take 15-20 minutes top. There is a huge disconnect. I ask when I’ll get my vehicle after patiently waiting for 40 minutes. I was told by 8:15. Around 9am I was approached that the person working on the vehicle is slow and that my car will be out soon. I’m not understanding the time gap at all for an oil change. More
