It was an awesome experience - one that has made us even more loyal customers than we were before. Our purchase started with Laurie Perkins as the sales rep, Tim Lile, who had been recommended to us was with a customer when we happened to stop in "just to look." Laurie was fabulous - listened to what we were looking for and then showed us EXACTLY the car we wanted. After working with Laurie & JR we thought the deal was just not going to work. But after a couple of days and their continued willingness to work with us, it happened and today we have a new car (well new to us). It most certainly was a team effort. Because Tim had been recommended to us, Laurie's work up front was on Tim's behalf. Today we completed the deal with Tim - and he was amazing to make sure we got everything we needed. But I also want to compliment the service team because they were able to put a trailer hitch on the car before we even got there to sign the papers. And whoever details the car does an amazing job. It truly looks brand new, even though it is 3 years old. Then Jason E. expediently helped us through the drudgery of signing all the state paperwork. We couldn't be more happy with our choice - not just the car but especially the dealership. Well done everyone from very happy customers. God bless you all! More

They have made me feel very welcome and appreciated as a customer. I drive 74 miles a day to work and home and my Niro gets such good gas mileage that the most I have spent in gas a week is $24.00. With what I was spending in gas in my previous car and what I am spending now , i am only spending $169.00 more a month for a new car pmt. More

Lies, Lies, and more Lies Found a car online. Spoke with sales on phone. Was told that the deal I wanted ($320/mo. and my trade) sounded good. Told her 3 or more times that I Found a car online. Spoke with sales on phone. Was told that the deal I wanted ($320/mo. and my trade) sounded good. Told her 3 or more times that I will need to drive 2 hours each way to make the deal and it has to be what we said. She said she spoke to management and to come on down, as long as my trade appraises, we are right there. Drove the 2 hours, my trade appraised perfectly, even the notes on the phone call back up what I said. BUT sales manager says car will be in the high 400s and he's not obligated to do deal because notes didn't guarantee the price. Why did she say it? Why did you say make the drive? When I ask to get the internet sales girl to verify, he lies about her not being there. HORRIBLE day. Wasted a vacation day getting jerked around! More

We had been researching buying a new vehicle for about two months and this was our second time visiting Bill Bryan Kia during this process. During our first visit, after test driving a new Kha Sorento, we explained to Tim that we were just startling to look and was not ready to buy. No pressure from Tim. Six weeks later we returned to deal with Tim again. Tim is very knowledgeable and was very patient explaining all the features, especially the infotainment technology and all the driving assistance features. We are confidant that we made the right new car purchase, from the right sales person, at the right dealership. We highly recommend Tim Like and Bill Bryan Kia. More

He takes his time to go over the car with you and makes sure you know what features are on it and how to use them. Let me tell you, the new cars have a lot of features, so it's good to have someone who knows how everything works. He tells you he is a phone call away and to call him when you have a question. Not many salesmen do that. More
