The best dealership in town I have been buying Kia automobiles since I moved to Florida. One main reason is the sales rep I deal with, Tim Lile, is one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest people I have even met. He is so gracious and helpful in guiding the wife and I to a car that will satisfy our needs. The slightest problem I have or question I want answered, he is right there or a phone call away. He has even driven my newly purchased cars to my house for delivery. Is that service or what? He is patient in taking the time to describe all the nuances and features of each car. If your looking for a new or even preowned car, be sure to go to Bill Bryan Kia and get to see Tim Lile for top service. You won't be sorry. More

Customer Service on Steroids !!! Our experience with Tim Lile at Bill Bryan Kia was over-the-top!! I stopped at the Kia dealership "just looking" for a used smaller SUV with Lane Ass Our experience with Tim Lile at Bill Bryan Kia was over-the-top!! I stopped at the Kia dealership "just looking" for a used smaller SUV with Lane Assist, rear camera, and navigation. We were greeted by Tim Lile and when I told him what I was looking for he stated that some features I wanted were not available until year 2017. So we drove a new 2017 Sportage. From the time I got into the drivers seat I could tell that this was going to be a very nice car--and it did not disappoint me!! My husband and I both liked this particular car but were not happy with the interior color. So we looked at other colors available on the lot and they just didn't do it for us. Really wanted a white exterior with a gray or brown interior. Tim said he would look through the computer and see if he could find anything for us. Long story short---there was a white Sportage being delivered off the truck at the same time we were there. I drove the car and we worked an agreeable price !! I have already given out Tim's card to a potential customer for him. I can see why Tim Lile has MANY award plaques displayed in his office!! Tim is at the top of apex when it comes to customer satisfaction. More

Go elsewhere for warranty work After axel was replaced no alignment was done. I specifically asked if I should get one. Was told it's part of the repair. Now I have 2 bad tires. I have taken the van there over 25 times for front end vibration. They claimed they could not find it, it doesn't exist or it's very minor. Went and paid $100.00 for final inspection before the end of the warranty. Was told I needed alignment, brake switch and breather tube. Took it to another shop. Mounts are all BAD. One is half gone. They say it's not covered. KIA Corp says it is. Had oil almost drip on my head while looking at mounts. No mention of this leak til I asked about it. If you are female go anywhere else! More
