Went to 3 different Kia dealers in my area and this was the most pleasant experience out of them. My Dad has purchased several Kia's from them and has always been happy. Bruce the salesman was polite and knowledgeable he took his time with us, let us look in the lot before approaching us . The dealership had a nice selection of colors and models for the vehicle that we were interested in. Good service and a good price. More

He and Serhan 'Sergio' Alkan worked up a very attractive agreement that put us in a new 2014 vehicle with all the perks and maintenance agreements that were existing on our totaled vehicle. Randy Bowser worked magic with his number crunching and we were done in no time. This dealership has provided the best experience we have had two times now, thanks to these great people and the fact that Bill Bryan sets the bar real high for personnel and service. More

3rd times a charm When I first went to Bill Bryan I was a little hesitant because I have had bad experiences on the past not with this particular dealership but surpris When I first went to Bill Bryan I was a little hesitant because I have had bad experiences on the past not with this particular dealership but surprisingly this time was different when I first arrived it was to meet a different salesman but he was busy so Zach stepped in and I'm glad he did he was very helpful and did everything I asked of him he was so great that I then brought my mother and grandmother back and they both purchased new vehicles as well I would recommend if you go to Bill bryan ask for him he was great and made the overall experience easy and quick! Poor customer service I had one of the most horrible experience at this dealership they sold me a car that less than a year later worth 10k less then since the value of the I had one of the most horrible experience at this dealership they sold me a car that less than a year later worth 10k less then since the value of the vehicle is so low I can't get refinance. But the worst is that I had to drive over 70 miles round trip for them to waste my time something that Dale the sales guy would've told me over the phone but no they had to make fun of me in person... what a bunch of money hungry woozies... No respect for customers I went with an approved credit which they didn't want coz they didn't get their cut through the finance company also that advertising say "UP TO 5K OVER YOUR TRADE IN" Bull crap they don't offer you crap because the value of your vehicle is lower of what you owe (upside down) they definitely are not there to help you they are just bulgar average car salesmen. Like this review none. the rest are done by them... More
