Nick and Eddie - What a team! They met our every expectation in a most professional way. I originally visited the dealership looking for a 2014 Kia Soul with the Primo package in Titanium Gray. expectation in a most professional way. They did have the vehicle in stock but treated me in a most courteous manner and offered to call when one became available. That was about a month ago. Two of the desired model came in yesterday and Nick called me right away and offered to hold one for me to come look at. I went over from The Villages to view the car and liked what I saw. I then was given the car to drive back to my home so that my wife could inspect the vehicle without interrupting Holiday planning. After returning to the dealership, we were able to conclude an acceptable purchase agreement and Nick then turned me over to Eddie. Eddie sold me a very reasonable vehicle care package with a seven year warranty and included two years of normal service at no additional cost! Eddie was very helpful in explaining and completing the required documentation - and, there is a mountain of documentation. We picked up the car today and Nick was very thorough and diligent in explaining and demonstrating all the car's many new features. He had even filled the tank with gas before we arrived and programmed both our phones into the car's Bluetooth system. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Many thanks Nick and Eddie. I walked into Bill Bryan Kia to test drive a Kia Optima because there was a used 2013 Optima in Orlando that I was interested in buying and already had a payment schedule for. I am very happy with my new car!! It's the first brand new car I've ever had and the Optima was on the top of my wish list. I brought my six month old KIA Optima SXL into Bill Bryan Dealership for it's first oil change and while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went into the sales department. John Morse asked if he could Dealership for it's first oil change and while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went into the sales department. John Morse asked if he could help me and I said that I was not ready to purchase another car for a while, but I said that I did have some operational questions on my car. He was so informative and had such a pleasantly pleasing personality. He also took a lot of time explaining the new car models to me.
