I brought my Kia Sorento there for an oil leak which they fixed but what I didn’t like is they charged me for a lot of maintenance stuff which I didn’t authorize, I probably needed it done, I would have done fixed but what I didn’t like is they charged me for a lot of maintenance stuff which I didn’t authorize, I probably needed it done, I would have done some of those things myself, like changing the cabin and air filters, change the wiper blades, and I didn’t authorize a wheel alignment which cost me another 191.00, I was talking to a salesman about trading my car in after the summer and buying another Sorento or Telluride, he told me to trade it in before I get to 60,000 miles, so like I said I was going to trade it in but now with the way things went in your service, I fell like I got ripped off on a couple of things and I won’t let that happen again so I will get another Kia but it won’t be at your dealership, I don’t won’t to get ripped off in the service department again, very unhappy and will not recommend your place, I would like to hear back from someone to know that somebody saw my review Frank Littlejohn 954-410-1480 More
