I scheduled warranty work with the expectation of having a rental, as I rely on my vehicle for work meetings, site visits, and transporting my kids. After adjusting my appointment, I was informed there are a rental, as I rely on my vehicle for work meetings, site visits, and transporting my kids. After adjusting my appointment, I was informed there are no rentals available and a long waitlist, which creates a significant disruption. The staff has been helpful—this rating reflects the process, not their service. As a current KIA owner planning another purchase this fall, this experience gives me pause. It’s difficult to reconcile limited rental support for existing customers while vehicles are still being used for test drives. I would appreciate any assistance in helping minimize this impact. More
