We had a great experience at Kia of Lincoln from start to finish. The first time my wife and I stopped in just to look around, we were immediately greeted by Jaxon Morrow. He answered everything we asked and took the time to put together a proposal for a vehicle we were interested in. It took us a few days to decide whether we wanted to move forward, and throughout the process Jaxon and his manager, JT, were both very friendly, patient, and professional. Once we decided on the vehicle, we came back in, worked through the numbers, and were able to reach a deal that I was extremely happy with. I really appreciated their willingness to work with us on the price and make sure the lease made sense for us. From negotiating the deal to getting everything finalized with finance, the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Before we knew it, my wife and I were walking out with our new vehicle. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Jaxon, JT, and the team at Kia of Lincoln. Professional, helpful, easy to work with, and no unnecessary pressure.
