The dealership has one competent service desk person. In the years I have been going to KIA in Lincoln the service has been ok but not outstanding. Everyone dreads taking there car to the dealer worrying they'll have to pay more then usual with "hidden" transactions or repairs. But I told Stephanie about my vehicle and she was very kind and thoughtful they'll have to pay more then usual with "hidden" transactions or repairs.
