I had previously bought a brand new KIA Sedona a few years ago and recently got in a car accident and unfortunately totalled my car. I told him exactly what I was looking for and with in hours he had several options for me to look at. I decided on a used Kia sorento and was given a very fair price. The paper work was done quickly and efficiently. Tom also took the time to show us how to use many of the gadgets, etc... also filled tank with gas. The car was detailed beautifully and looked like new, and he was able to do that with a four hour notice. Tom is very polite, honest and frank and he really knows his cars. I know he would not let me buy a car if he didn't feel it was in excellent condition. Tom also is very low pressure. My experience with Tom compared to my very first car buying experience at a different dealership was like night and day. Tom will be our dealer as long as he keeps dealing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, including family and friends. More

This is the third Kia we have bought from Billy and each time he has gone about and beyond to get us the best deal possible. The wife is now on her second Kia Sorento, and honestly can't see her driving anything else in the near future. The salesperson we dealt with, was Billy Keck. Like most car shoppers, there is always that uneasiness felling when being approached by a cars salesman, but that was never the case with Billy. He treated us like he was selling a vehicle t his family. Even though they weren't involved in the sale directly, the entire sales staff there was very pleasant and treated us like their own customer. You could tell there was a great sense of "team" there and I don't see us going anywhere else but Kia of Lincoln for our next automobile and would recommend in a heartbeat for anyone else to stop in and see them. The service at KIA in Lincoln was horrible! My mother has a KIA and she said it was a good price. That was the only thing good about KIA. Her drivers side door will not open and she found out it has happened a KIA and she said it was a good price. That was the only thing good about KIA. Her drivers side door will not open and she found out it has happened to quite a few other people who owned KIA's. When she took it in to the service dept they were very rude to her as she asked about a recall. KIA does not stand behind their work. So, if you want a cheap car go buy a KIA. It is cheap in every sense of the word. More
i came to kia because my family is growing and my 2 3 passanger trucks wont carry all of us at once. my wife and i went to look at getting a bigger vehicle, and we were going to trade in one of the truc passanger trucks wont carry all of us at once. my wife and i went to look at getting a bigger vehicle, and we were going to trade in one of the trucks. we were tould that they only had one car that the banks would go for we had a limit of 200 a month with no mony down. the truck we were trying to trade we barly afford and were curntly paying 300 a month for it. they tried to get us to buy it this kia forte for 360 a month. they say they go through 30 banks to try and get you a vehicle for me they only tried 4. the 2013 base kia soul is roughly 16,999 with few ad,ons they tried o sell 2010 kia forte for 18,899 then said they cut 3000 off the car making it 15,899 to try and make it look like a good deal. i have driven trucks all my life i never liked cars and thats all they were willing to try and get us into. the kia of lincoln lies on there raido ad and they only try to get you in to the minamum vehicle for the maxium price.
