I received a text late yesterday, saying the part ordered has come in. I called early this morning to make a service appointment and was told the next available appointment was next week. The Kia North team followed through and delivered what was discussed. My transaction had quite a few moving parts and some of the process was rushed through. Follow-up communication could improve between was discussed. My transaction had quite a few moving parts and some of the process was rushed through.
