Sebastian Carlson was a great salesperson to work with. Friendly and genuine, he listened to what we wanted and didn’t use the pressuring tactics we have experienced when purchasing cars in the past. He was transparent and went beyond the normal sales experience to get us the things we needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. His communication was good during the process, and he was quick to respond to questions we had. The buying process at Kia North was easy and didn’t feel stressful. Everyone was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, and the store had a positive feel. Would recommend Sebastian and Kia of North Austin if you’re in the market. More

Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, but after working with their service department for some warranty repairs, I refuse to go anywhere else in Austin. They have been timely dealership, but after working with their service department for some warranty repairs, I refuse to go anywhere else in Austin. They have been timely and professional with an incredible sense of hospitality. My service rep, Vardasha, has been amazing. She has been transparent and does a wonderful job of keeping lines of communication open and up to date. The realtime updates from the mechanic are a reassuring touch. They show me what they’re seeing and what needs to be done about it. The service and repairs have been timely and convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Kia of North Austin. More
