I had a great experience at Kia of North Austin! While visiting family in Austin for Christmas, I found I needed an oil change. After calling multiple Hyundai dealerships that had no availability for an o visiting family in Austin for Christmas, I found I needed an oil change. After calling multiple Hyundai dealerships that had no availability for an oil change (just a simple oil change mind you) I tried Kia. I called and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could do an oil change, no problem! I arrived on time and was treated so nicely and although I’m from out of town they helped me out and super nice about it! Thank you Kia North Austin. You helped a weary traveler. You’re great! More

I took my car multiple times over the same issue. They finally told me it needed a new catalytic converter: I had that replaced and it continues with the same issue.
