This is the fourth car that I buy from Kia of North Austin. I always used to highly recommend the dealership the only reason I’m not giving it a five is because in this last year or so we’ve had a few Austin. They required us to buy the LoJack and cosmetic vehicle protection plan. Had to sit with their finance manager to get the details of the contract correct. Had to show them multiple discrepancies that would protection plan. Had to sit with their finance manager to get the details of the contract correct. Had to show them multiple discrepancies that would of been charged to me if I wasn’t playing close attention. To top it off after paying cash for the vehicle it died a couple weeks after getting it home. I called to see if they could help or provide recommendations and they offered nothing except for a too bad you should if bought our warranty. Wouldn’t buy another vehicle here. More
