Procedurally speaking: 1-Where is the location of service to be? --I was directed in different texts to different locations 2-Specifically which entrance is to be reported to? --I wasn't sure. It could be an ID10T error, but who knows. 3-Which counter should be reported to? --This was my first time to the service department. I stood inside the door for almost 6 minutes, looking at the 3 counters (6 stations), and waited for the 1 of 3 CSRs to tell me what to do and where to go. The initial confusion was discouraging. This Kia service center was great! They changed my oil and rotated my tires in a timely manner, pointed out what was overdo and what needed fixing, and were polite and professional.
