This Kia service center was great! They changed my oil and rotated my tires in a timely manner, pointed out what was overdo and what needed fixing, and were polite and professional. Someone has always met me at my car as soon as I drive up for service. Then, I am escorted inside and shown where to wait. Shortly, the person in charge of my car, comes in and discusses what needs to be don for service. Then, I am escorted inside and shown where to wait. Shortly, the person in charge of my car, comes in and discusses what needs to be done. If it takes long, I am updated often. TGEN I am escorted to checkout and then to my vehicle. I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive. More
