All the staff was awesome - super nice, friendly, considerate and not pushy. Giving honest advices and their best efforts to accommodate us. We came in on a Thursday and it was a crazy busy day. I know the process is usually long, but this time it was extra long. Came in at 4pm and left with a new car at 9:35pm. I felt extremely bad for staff working over time. The only negative comment I will say was taking care of the customers (food/drinks) especially when we have been there for so long. We got offered refreshments only once. Didn’t know we will be there for so long, we served ourselves much later. Cups went missing and after my husband grabbed the last bag of chips no food as available. Also so healthy snacks might be a good idea. Overall good experience because of your awesome staff. More
