Their regional manager called a week later after seeing the reviews online and hearing from their corporate about my complaint and offered a 3 year service contract. Or to give my original vehicle back which at that point was too late I had already traded the new vehicle from them to another dealership for the one I wanted and now have over $103,000 in active auto loan, my credit dropped by 7 points and they still managed to get over by having me stuck with thousands in finance charges on a vehicle I was suckered into and only had for under 5 days.

Ben, thank you so much for all you did today it was a true blessing that you were able to get everything worked out to where I feel like I was not taken advantage of, the fact you spent the day actively doing everything in your power to make this situation right says so much about you as a human and you have earned my respect and business for that!!! Yourself, my salesman Miguel and the finance manager Joshua truly made my day end on a high note!!! Ps I absolutely I’m in love with my new Sorento, thank you again and I will be sending a friend there soon to get a Forte GT already talked to Miguel about assisting him.
