Our entire buying experience was Amazing. Richard Williams is a great sales person. He is super friendly and fun!! When our son is ready to purchase a new vehicle we will be sending him over to Richard and we will contact Richard for any of our future needs as well. Once Richard got us into the perfect vehicles (my husband and I each purchased a vehicle) he then sent us over to Levi to finalize the paperwork. Levi was great. Not only was he funny but he explained everything perfectly. Hands down...our best car purchasing experience ever. We will definitely be back!! More
The Buying experiance was great (Shout out to Thomas) ... But the problem is with the service department. Took my car in for servicing for the 25000 miles service and the steering was making a noise. Request But the problem is with the service department. Took my car in for servicing for the 25000 miles service and the steering was making a noise. Requested a tech to take a test ride with me and he figured the Worm bearing (Cobbler) in the steering was faulty and would be swapped under the warranty of the car. They swapped it out and then returned the car. The steering wheel was about 10 degrees crooked. It was clearly visible that the technician (Carlos) had screwed up. They claimed to have fixed it by leaving the steering casing open so it looked to have been straightened out and the Service in-charge handed the car to me with a confident smile stating the car was fixed. Of course the loose and open steering cover shall fall back and close soon and I figured out that they had not fixed anything so I go back and talk to the service rep who now tells me that the Shop Foreman told him there is nothing much that they can do about it. I want to ask the dealership: 1) Why would they break the car if they don't have trained technicians just say so. 2) If you have not repaired the car inform the customer why lie about it. Please don't take your cars for servicing to Southwest Kia Austin. More
