I honestly was amazed with the service I recieved from this dealership because when I went to the south location last year it was horrible, but Richard and Brian really treated me with care and put a big this dealership because when I went to the south location last year it was horrible, but Richard and Brian really treated me with care and put a big smile on my face. I was amazed with service from when I pulled up to when I left the dealership. I had an incident when the winter storm in Austin came through that damaged my car. I geniuinely felt cared for by Richard and I appreciated that. He has a way of making a person feel welcomed and comfortable, and you can't find that type of customer service anywhere! Richard will definitely be remembered, and made a wonderful impact in my life that I am truly grateful for! More
