Both Rich and the gentleman who handles the finances were very pleasant and polite and helped me understand all the details I needed to know to make the best possible decision. I honestly cannot say I have ever had such a positive experience at a car dealership. The only complain I had from this experience was that my trade in value was increadibly low and I regret not selling the car on my own. Other than that I love my 2 day new car!!
