We arrived at the dealership to view a car that had been listed online only to find that it had already been sent to auction. As we left the dealership disappointed, Heath caught up to us to offer his assistance to go and retrieve the car from auction if possible. We did not think that would happen so we went about our day to look elsewhere. Hours later, we got a text from Heath with pictures of the car at the dealership. We proceeded to make our way back to Southwest Kia to look at the car that he personally recovered for us. My daughter fell in love with it and he did everything to make the deal fair and pleasant. Heath provided fantastic customer service and is a valuable asset for the dealership. More

They were too busy to assist our search. Another local dealership tried to sell us a bunch of things we didn’t want or need, and they weren’t willing to negotiate on a used car at all. Wills at Southwest Kia Austin offered great customer service and a willingness to help us find what we needed and wanted. Wills returned to work just to help us and stayed until after closing to ensure everything was done. I was so impressed with his desire to help us. No exaggeration, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. More
