A+ for Customer Service The whole environment was welcoming, Rich W. was amazing in answering every one of my questions with a smile and without putting any pressure on me. He listen to what I was looking for and didn't try to convince me to get something I didn't want. Both Rich and the gentleman who handles the finances were very pleasant and polite and helped me understand all the details I needed to know to make the best possible decision. I honestly cannot say I have ever had such a positive experience at a car dealership. The only complain I had from this experience was that my trade in value was increadibly low and I regret not selling the car on my own. Other than that I love my 2 day new car!! Thank you Rich for all your attention and patience. More

Excellent Customer service I came in to Southwest KIA and was immediately greeted by the associate Richard Williams. I had already picked out the car I was looking for online an I came in to Southwest KIA and was immediately greeted by the associate Richard Williams. I had already picked out the car I was looking for online and showed it to him, in about 5 minutes he was able to locate the car and we were able to look at it and test drive it right then. Richard was very kind and knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time to get to know me which made me feel welcome. My only complaint is the time in which it took to go over the details of the buy and sign all the paperwork (we were there for a total of about 3 to 4 hours). Other than that I was satisfied with my purchase and KIA for being so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend Southwest KIA to my friends and family! More

Best Service Advisor in Austin Gene is the best service advisor. I have been taking my cars to him since 2014.
