The greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly patience and respectful as I was making decisions. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to test drive or buy a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Joe was also AMAZING. I am so appreciative of the kindness and support I received from these two. Definitely recommend coming here! Kia of North Austin has earned a forever customer. :) More

I wanted to share my experience at Kia of North Austin and how it got started off on the right foot because of their rep Meriah! I did lots of online research and reached out to several stores. I got a call from Meriah and she friendly and easy to talk to. She answered my questions without being pushy and provided the information I had requested- unlike the other stores I contacted that seemed to only care about getting me to set an appointment . I highly recommend working with Meriah, as she made buying a car a much nicer experience than I was expecting! More

The whole experience was unbelievable, I am one to make an excuse and leave if I feel uncomfortable or upset at the waiting. My husband and I went in to purchase our 4th Kia. Ahmed was so kind and professional and our experience was wonderful because of him! I received a text late yesterday, saying the part ordered has come in. I called early this morning to make a service appointment and was told the next available appointment was next week. I told them I was has come in. I called early this morning to make a service appointment and was told the next available appointment was next week. I told them I was leaving for vacation on the weekend and could they possibly squeeze me in sometime this week. They told me to come in any morning this week and they'd fit me in. Great service! When I picked up the car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been washed and vacuumed--gratis! I'd definitely call Zack again, the next time I need service. More
