My car was having trouble starting - I would have to hold the fob to the push start in order for the car to start instead of just pressing the button. They did a diagnostic and decided ordering a new $600 key fob would fix the issue. Waited about a week on that and it did not fix the problem, so they ordered in a new IBU. I waited on that and showed up later for my appointment to get the IBU replaced. When I came by, they couldn't find any record of the appointment and had no idea of the part I was waiting on. So now I got to buy a key fob I didn't really need and a bunch of time wasted. I just left - I wouldn't want a business like this handling my car. More
