The salesperson, Chris was really good very personable straightforward no xx. Everybody else was completely different they were hard pressure non-communative they spoke to me in I guess you would call it straightforward no xx. I don't get it I couldn't understand why they felt like that was going to be effective in selling the car. Nobody was real or personable like Chris was also there were multiple people reaching out to contact me it made me dizzy none of them were talking to each other I would hear from one person and tell them where I was at and what was going on and then I would immediately hear from another person who didn't know what I had just told the other person it was constant and no good results benefited from any of that communication. just irritating. I was a ready buyer eager to buy ready to negotiate on the car that had been there forever- I could tell by looking online that it had. the price had been lowed about $500 every two to four weeks and it was still overpriced because of the type of car that it was. That's why it as sitting there. this was going to be a second car for me I was not seeking financing I was a serious buyer. as a result i kept looking went somewhere else and bought a car. because they would not negotiate with me and the people I guess the manager over Chris it was on the weekend it was not Hannah it was a man he was really rude and he became angry with me because I didn't want to buy their car at the price that they had it at. I bought the car that I wanted for $30,998 at CarMax. I think kia was asking I around $36,000 for their car. Literally I spoke to that man , Chris' manage for 2 minutes and he became hostile he went into the building and gathered some paperwork for me to prove that the price of the car was right! hahaha. So I left and went back to the other dealership and bought my car. Buying a car is the most painful thing in the world all dealerships are Unbelievably Terrible. Carmax was a breath of fresh air after all that I went to a few dealerships before I went to CarMax and the price was great. The cars are very similar the car I bought has a turbo motor that was the reason why I liked it over the other car it doesn't have power windows or locks but I don't need that that's the primary differences they were both 2024 models. Now if somebody asked me about Kia I will tell them You better be prepared they're not going to negotiate the salesperson is super nice but he has his hands tied apparently. just be honest with people don't treat them like That I can't explain it it's like getting waterboarded! My new car is sitting in the garage they washed it for me and filled it up with gas I am completely satisfied and happy with CarMax. Everything there was straightforward no hassles no waterboarding. Also no constant worthless communication. Real communication that mattered that benefited me and them. Go visit them and see how they do it. But I want you to be sure to know that Chris was really nice and personable I would have bought the car just because of Chris except for the fact that it was way too expensive. And his manager treated me so rudely that last day Saturday. More

Vardasha was so awesome! I had to bring my vehicle back after I left (from the first issue being repaired) due to a noise that wasn't there before. Turned out it was just a leaf vibrating in the a/c. When I came back, they quickly took care of it with no hesitation at all. All with smiles on their faces! It was a great experience, and I'm thankful Vardasha was so kind. 10/10 Would recommend! More

Extremely disappointed with how they have handled my vehicle at this point (if you can call it that). Kevin Fox has been my service rep for the last 2 weeks and I haven't received any follow up outside vehicle at this point (if you can call it that). Kevin Fox has been my service rep for the last 2 weeks and I haven't received any follow up outside of myself calling in. My vehicle has been in their yard for 5 weeks due to engine issues, scheduled maintenance was for 3/25. However, they did not look into my vehicle until 4/1 after I've called them on 3/28, confirming they have not looked at my vehicle yet. They finally TEXTED me that they would open a Techline due to the powertrain warranty but again, I had to call them on 4/7 to get the direct line to Kia. I've called the customer care via Kia and they have confirmed there is no Techline ticket for my vehicle, in which THEY will have to reach out to the dealership at this point. I had extremely high quality service from Daniel Epstein, who is their saving grace with this review but Carlos, Shawn, Cody/Cory, and Kevin's lack of PROMISED follow up is why I am leaving this review. Schedule with Daniel is the only thing I recommend if you have to go to this local at this point. More
